摘  要:目的:通过研究效益俱佳民营企业管理干部个性心理状况,为民营企业科学选拔与使用管理人才提供科学手段和依据。方法:采用CPI对民营企业管理干部124人进行测评。结果:整体个性心理状况较好,显著高于常模。外向常规趋向型占57.3%,外向常规异向型占17.7%,内向常规趋向型占14.5%,内向常规异向型占10.5%。个人整合、实现潜能高于平均水平4级以上占72.5%。结论:CPI可为民营企业选拔高素质管理干部,并且为进一步合理使用人才提供科学依据。Objective: Providing scientific method and basis for selection and use of management personnel in private enterprise through understanding the state of mind of management cadres in better profitable private enterprise. Methods: 124 management cadres in private enterprise were administered CPI. Results: Individual character state of mind of the whole was better, than the norm. The proportion attained 57.3% of testees in extroversion routine trend type. The other three kinds of personality category was 17.7%, 14.5%, 10.5% in proper order. Individual integration and realization of latent energy were 72.5%, four grades higher than average level. Conclusion: CPI provides scientific basis for selection of management cadres of high quality and further rational use of them in private enterprise.
