摘　　要：Objective To establish the protein expression profile of human glioma cell line CHG-5 differentiation induced by Nordy and identify the differentially expressed proteins. Methods Differentiation of CHG-5 ceils was induced by 100μmol/L and 200μmol/L Nordy and their morphological changes after treatment for 24, 48 and 72h were observed. The total proteins were extracted from CHG-5 cells treated by 200μmol/L Nordy for 72h and their control group cells respectively, followed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.
