摘　　要：Objective To pathologically evaluate the feasibility of reconstructing the superior sagittal sinus （SSS） with autologous dural graft （ADG） and EC adhesive （ECA）. Methods In 15 healthy hybrid dogs, the ADG combined with ECA were used to replace the SSS segment （1 cm） which had been resected. The sinus reconstructions were evaluated by pathology and digital subtraction angiography （DSA） at 1,2,4 and 8 week after operation.
