人血清超弱发光水平与肿瘤关系的研究

摘　　要：观察了不同肿瘤患者血清超弱发光变化。结果表明，肿瘤患者血清超弱发光强度显著高于正常对照组，１０种不同类型的肿瘤，超弱发光水平增长约２５％～５０％。葡萄胎正负增长各半。血清中加入生理盐水，不影响正常发光活性。认为血清超弱发光可作为肿瘤诊断的指标。Serum ultra weak photon emission(TμPE) was investigated in different tumour patients. The result showed that the intensity of SμPE in tumour patients was 20.1% higher than that in control group. The intensity of SμPE among ten different types of tumour changed between 25% and 50% except hydatidiform mole. It has no effect on the SμPE that put physiological saline into serum samples. These findings may offer a useful experimental data for the laboratory diagnosis of tumour.
