摘　　要：目的 探讨椎管内肿瘤的诊断及手术要点。方法 回顾性分析1999年7月至2005年10月43例不同部位的椎管内肿瘤患者的临床表现和诊断及手术治疗。结果 随访时间1～6年，术后41例症状明显改善，2例死亡。结论 临床表现及MRI所见为诊断主要依据，诊断一旦确立，应尽早手术。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and the operative procedure of the tumor of spinal canal. Methods Clinical symptom,diagnosis and operative treatment of 43 patients with spinal tumor from July 1999 to October 2005 were analysed retrospectively. Results Patients were followed up from 1～6 years. After operation,all the patients recovered with different outcome except 2 patients died. Conclusion The specific clinical and MRI findings are the principal, evidence for the diagnosis of spinal canal. When the diagnosis is established, early surgery is recommened.
