摘  要:介绍了固相化学反应机理及其影响因素,在固相化学反应的基础上提出了机械力活化固相化学反应法的概念,阐述了机械力对固相化学反应的活化影响,对机械力化学的作用过程、机械力对固相化学反应的作用机理和机械力作用下的扩散特点分别进行了研究。提出了机械力活化固相化学反应的机制:颗粒尺寸减小、晶粒细化和缺陷增加、局部升温等,为反应提供了大的反应面积,同时提高了固相反应的扩散系数,降低了反应活化能。The mechanism of solid state chemistry reaction and its influencing factors were introduced, and the concept of mechanically activated solid state chemical reaction was put forward. The effect of mechanical power on solid state chemical reaction was discussed. The active process of mechano-chemistry, active mechanism of mechanically activated solid state chemical reaction and solid-state diffusion were studied respectively. The mechanisms of mechanically activated solid state chemical reaction, such as refinement of particles, grain refining and defect increasing, localized heating-up, etc were suggested. They made the reaction has bigger reacton area, increased the diffusion coefficient, decreased activation energy of solid reaction.
