余甘子含片营养成分及其保健功能

摘　　要：由余甘子提取液制备得到余甘子含片置于微波消解仪中进行水解,然后利用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)、等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)和氨基酸自动分析仪等分析样品中的营养成份,并探讨其保健功能.结果表明,余甘子含片中富含维生素、16种氨基酸和人体所必需的多种微量元素.在生津止咳、降脂减肥、降火解毒、抗癌和抗心血管疾病等方面具有积极的作用.The extracting solution of phyllanthus emblieal is used to produce bueeal tablet in this paper, The nutrition ingredients of bueeal tablet of phyllanthus emblieal is analysed by high performance liquid ehromatograph（HPLC）,induetively coupled plasms atomic envission speetrometry（ICP-AES） and automatic amino acid analyser after it has been hydrolysed in microwave reactor. The health functions of bueeal tablet are also studied in order to further open up the use of phyllanthus emblieal. Results shows that there are rich vitamin, 16 kinds of amino acid and many kinds of trace element which are necessary to people in bueeal tablet and the bueeal tablet can relieve cough, cancer and cardiovascular disease etc.
