摘 要:目的:观察益脂康对内源性和外源性高脂血症家兔模型的降血脂作用。方法:实验于2003-09/2004-03在北京理工大学生命科学与技术学院完成。选用雄性大耳白兔110只。适应性饲养1周,选出生长正常的健康动物分为内源性和外源性两部分进行实验,每部分55只。内源性实验:检测造模前家兔的血脂水平,按随机数字表法从中取8只作为空白对照组,喂普通饲料,灌胃等容量5g/LCMC-Na溶液;另47只家兔制造高脂血症模型。以血脂明显升高且与空白对照组比较差异有显著性时,认为造模成功。将造模成功的40只按随机数字表法分为5组,即高脂模型对照组(灌胃等容量5g/LCMC-Na溶液),洛伐他汀组(灌胃洛伐他汀3.6mg/kg),益脂康高、中、低剂量组(灌胃益脂康400,200,100mg/kg),每组8只,分别给药,1次/d,连续60d。外源性实验:检测家兔血脂水平。除去血脂水平异常的7只,将剩余48只按随机数字表法分为6组,每组8只。空白对照组(灌胃等容量5g/LCMC-Na溶液),高脂模型对照组(灌胃等容量5g/LCMC-Na溶液),洛伐他汀组(灌胃洛伐他汀3.6mg/kg),益脂康高、中、低剂量组(分别灌胃益脂康400,200,100mg/kg),分别给药,1次/d,连续40d。空白对照组家兔喂食普通饲料,其余5组给药的同时,开始连续喂食高脂饲料(15%蛋黄粉、0.5%胆固醇、5%猪油,加入基础饲料。)20d。20d后换高脂饲料(12%蛋黄粉、3%猪油,加入基础饲料。),连续喂食20d。分别于治疗前,内源性治疗30,60d和外源性治疗40d检测家兔血脂情况,进行比较。结果:实验共纳入110只家兔,96只进入结果分析,内源性和外源性分别脱落7只。①治疗给药对内源性高脂血症家兔模型血脂的影响:连续给予高脂饲料2个月后,高脂血症模型建立成功,与空白对照组比较,差异明显(t=4.823-6.915,P<0.01);益脂康连续灌胃治疗给药60d,益脂康高、中剂量组家兔血清总胆固醇和三酰甘油明显降低,与模型对�AIM: To study the effect of Yizhikang on lowering blood lipids of endogenous and exogenous hyperlipidemia model in rabbits. METHODS: The experiment was finished at School of Life Science and Technology in Beijing Institute of Technology from September 2003 to March 2004. A total of 110 male rabbits were fed normally for 1 week. Then, they were divided averagely into endogenous and exogenous parts for test. In the endogenous experiment, the level of blood lipids was measured before making models, and then 8 rabbits, selected at random and made up of control group, were fed commonly with the solution of 5 g/L CMC-Na. The other 47 rabbits were treated for hyperlipidemia models. Forty rabbits were succeeded in becoming hyperlipidemia model and the level of blood lipids increased markedly compared with control group. They were divided into model group (gastric administration with 5 g/L CMC-Na in the same volume), Lovastatin group (gastric administration with doses of 3.6 mg/kg), Yizhikang groups (gastric administration with high, middle and low doses of 400, 200, 100 mg/kg respectively) at random, with 8 rabbits in each. Every group took medicine once everyday and totally for 60 days continuously. In the exogenous experiment, the rabbit's level of blood lipids was measured and 7 among them were eliminated because of abnormal level of blood lipids. The other 48 rabbits were divided into control group and model group (both gastric administration with 5 g/L CMC-Na in the same volume), Lovastatin group (gastric administration with doses of 3.6 mg/kg), Yizhikang groups (gastric administration with high, middle and low doses of 400, 200, 100 mg/kg respectively) at random, with 8 rabbits in each. Every group was taken medicine once everyday and totally for 40 days. The control group was fed commonly.
