马桑毒素B对试虫马氏管及中肠组织的影响

摘　　要：采用中性红染色及石蜡切片法,研究了马桑毒素B(Tutin=CLB)对粘虫和苹掌舟蛾的马氏管及中肠组织的影响。结果表明,CLB可引起试虫马氏管壁肌肉的持续收缩,使进入管内的物质积累,降低其排泄能力,导致马氏管的皱褶数增多、马氏管及其基部的球体直径增大;同时,试虫取食CLB后可导致中肠围食膜消失,对中肠的肠壁细胞层也有伤害作用。This paper studied the tutin＇s effect on poisoned larvae＇s malpighian tubules and midgut tissue of Mythimna separate （Walker）and Phalera flavescens （Bremer et Grey） by means of neutral red indication dyeing and paraffin wax section. The results showed that tutin could cause the malpighian tubules wall muscles continual shrinking, make the materials going into the malpighian tubules accumulating, reduce its＇ excretion ability,and increase the folds number of the malpighian tubule and the diameter of the malpighian tubule and the spheroid of its base. Meanwhile,after eating tutin,poisoned larvae＇s peritroohic membrane disappeared. Tutin also harms the wall cells of midgut.
