304例心电图异常的肿瘤病人之术前处理

摘　　要：自1991年5月至1996年5月，对我院304例具有较严重心电图异常而心功能正常的肿瘤病人，根据其心电图异常情况，分别给予相应的术前处理。结果表明，304例病人经相应术前处理后，全部完成根治性手术。术中、术后无1例发生与心脏有关的并发症或死亡。作者认为对心电图异常的肿瘤病人，即使是老年患者，只要心功能正常，经相应术前处理后均可耐受手术。Sinee May 1991 to May 1996 304 carcmoma patients with more severe abnormality of electrocardio-gram but normal cardiac function had been treated before operation by preoperative medical therapy. Theresults showed that after preoperative medication all the 304 Patients had Successful radical operationswithout any cardiac events on and after operation. It is concluded tha if Patients with preoperative abnor-mal electrocardiongram have normal cardiac function,including elderly Patients, they can tolerate long timeoperation after corelative preoperative treatment.
