摘  要:通过石蜡切片,PAS反应染色,观察了"新高"梨(雄性不育)与"丰水"梨(可育)小孢子发育过程中雄蕊多糖分布的动态变化;同时测定了"新高"与"丰水"花药发育各个时期花蕾的可溶性糖和淀粉含量。结果表明,"新高"花药发育前期组织化学变化与"丰水"类似,无显著差异;单核后期小孢子败育时,"新高"药隔组织与花丝不发生多糖积累。花蕾可溶性糖、淀粉含量的测定结果表明,"新高"花蕾发育后期淀粉含量不足;碳水化合物代谢异常发生在单核期之后,与小孢子败育同步发生。The polysaccharide distribution variations of stamina of both the male-sterile pear variety "Niitaka" and the male-fertile pear variety "Housui" during their micropore development were observed by means of paraffin sections and PAS reaction. The soluble sugar and starch contents of flower buds of both varieties at different stages of anther development were also determined. The results showed that there was not a significant difference in histochemical change between both varieties, but the connective and filament of "Niitaka" had no polysaccharide accumulation at the late monokaryotic stage. The determination of the soluble sugar and starch contents of flower buds showed that the flower buds of "Niitaka" was deficient in starch content at the late stage of bud development, and the abnormal carbohydrate metabolism occurred after the monokaryotic stage and synchronized with the microspore abortion.
