摘　　要：重组表达菌株的稳定性是决定试剂盒抗原生产的关键因素,对本室构建的重组菌株rNS- 3ABplysS携带质粒和表达蛋白的稳定性进行了研究,在含Amp的斜面连续传1～10代时,分别作了检测连续传代质粒、携带质粒DNA、抗原蛋白表达的稳定性试验。发现各菌株携带质粒稳定性较好,酶切及电泳图谱未有明显改变,且外源目标蛋白可稳定表达,可作为理想菌株。The stability of the recombinant expressing bacterium is a key factor of the antigen kit. The stability of the recombinant bacterium rNS-3ABplysS carried plasmid and expression protein was studied. The result showed that the plasmid carried by the bacterium after continuous passage on Amp^＋ slope was stable, different generation carrier plasmids digested by endonuclease were nearly the same as the original plasmid digested, and extrinsic target protein could be stably expressed. So it was an ideal bacterium.
