宫颈癌综合治疗102例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌综合治疗的疗效。方法观察102例Ⅰb￣Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者,其中32例术前行新辅助化疗,所有患者接受广泛性子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术,术后对有高危因素的患者加用放疗或化疗,全部患者术后均给予免疫治疗。结果化疗结束后所有患者达到手术要求;全部患者均能顺利切除病灶并达到足够广的范围;术后辅助放疗、化疗及免疫治疗,患者极少有复发,随访至今全部健在。结论宫颈癌综合治疗近期疗效比较明显,且无严重的不良反应。[Objective] To investigate the effect of combination treatment for cervical cancer. [Methods] 102 patients with cervical cancer stage Ⅰ b-Ⅱb were studied. 32 cases recieved neoadjuvant chemotherapy. All patients had radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. Patients having high-risk factors were given radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation. All patients were given immune treatment. [Results] All patients could be taken operation after chemotherapy. We throughly resected uterine cervix. Patients recieved radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immune treatment after operation. No patient recurred. All patients were alive. [Conclusion]Combination treatment for cervical cancer has better effect and has no severe side effects.
