清肝散治疗围绝经期脑动脉供血不足37例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨免煎中药汤剂清肝散治疗围绝经期脑动脉供血不足的临床疗效及其与血清雌二醇(E2)含量关系。方法将69例患者随机分为2组。观察组37例口服免煎中药汤剂清肝散;对照组32例口服中成药全天麻胶囊。治疗后观察两组患者疗效。治疗前及治疗4个疗程后分别测定两组患者的经颅多普勒超声脑血流图(TCD),同时检测血清E2含量。结果治疗后两组患者疗效间差别有显著性意义(P<0·05);两组患者治疗前ACA、MCA、PCA、VA、BA、E2间均无显著性意义(P>0·05),两组患者治疗后ACA、MCA、PCA、VA、BA、E2间均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论清肝散是治疗围绝经期脑动脉供血不足的有效方剂之一。Objective To study clinical effect of Liver - Clearing Powder （ decocting ＇ free preparation） on cerebral arterial insufficiency during perlmenopausal period and explore its relationship with serum estradiol level （E2 ）. Methods Sixty - nine patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients in trial group （ n = 37 ） were given Liver - Clearing Powder, and those in the control group （n = 32） were given Quantianma Capsule （Chinese patent medicine）. Transcranial Doppler sonography （TCD） and serum estradiol -2 （E2） determination were performed before treatment and after 4 treatment courses. Results After treatment there was significant difference in effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In changes of the anterior cerebral artery, meddle cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery, as well as the level of E2, before treatment, there were no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but, after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Liver - Clearing Powder is one of the effective formulae in treatment of cerebral arterial insufficiency during perimenopansal period.
