气相色谱法测定牛粪厌氧发酵液中挥发性脂肪酸

摘　　要：挥发性脂肪酸（VFA）是厌氧发酵反应运行的重要控制指标，确定一种准确、精密、简便、快捷的测试方法十分必要．实验采用GC-122气相色谱仪，N2000色谱工作站，有机担体402为填料，FID作为检测器，在柱温200℃，栽气（N2）流量52．0mL／min条件下对经过甲酸预处理后厌氧发酵液样品中的VFA进行了测定．结果表明，该方法分离效果好，各组分的回收率在94％～108％之间，变异系数小于3％，重复性好，且测试时间较短．VFA is an important parameter to be controlled in the operation of anaerobic digestion. It is necessary to find a method of high accuracy and precision to detect the content of VFA. The measurement can be accomplished by using GC -122 under the condition of column temperature 200 ℃ , carrier gas（N2 ） current 52.0mL/min, and organic support 402 as the polar filler, FID as the detector, N2000 as the workstation. The results indicate that the different components are separated thoroughly, and the recovery rate is between 94% 108% , the coefficients of variance are less than 3% and the retain time is short also. All this shows that the recovery and duplication are higher under the experiment condition.
