摘　　要：随着教育信息化的深入发展,教学资源库已经成为新一代校园信息环境的心脏。以下从教学资源库建设的含义、技术规范、系统管理、资源来源及存在问题和对策几个方面来探讨高校校园网教学资源库建设。With the development of education informatization, educational resources library has become the heart of university information environment in the new generation. In this article, the author analyses the concept of educational resources library, its technological standard, systematic management and resources. The author also discusses some problems of constructing educational resources library in campus networks, and brings up solutions to solve these problems.
