摘  要:中小学教师政治、经济地位法规是教师法规的有机组成部分。建国后至2000年,中小学教师政治、经济地位法规有着自身的沿革轨迹和主要内容,在实施过程中发挥了应有的作用,实现了内在的价值,主要表现在指引各法律关系主体按照国家教育目的开展教育活动,建立教育活动秩序及教育关系秩序。The laws and regulations for the middle and primary school teachers' political and economic position are the organic component part of the teachers' laws. From the founding of our republic to 2000, the laws and regulations for the middle and primary school teachers' political and economic position possess their own evolutionary locus and main contents, play an appropriate role in the process of implementation and realize the internal value. It is mainly revealed in guiding the main body of all legal relations to promote the educational activities in accordance with the national educational goals and to establish the educational activity order and educational relation order.
