骨肉瘤标本血管铸形观察

摘　　要：目的观察骨肉瘤肿瘤血管的形态学特点并探讨其病理学意义。方法应用次氯酸钠溶液混合腐蚀法对6例骨肉瘤截肢标本进行腐蚀,制作骨肉瘤血管铸型标本,分析其血管形态特点。结果6例骨肉瘤血管铸型标本均可以观察到肿瘤血管系统形态,标本上肿瘤血管增多,增粗,管腔粗细不一,大量血湖形成,动脉移位,血管直角分支,中心血管缺如、中心血管盲端等特点十分明显。结论骨肉瘤,这种高度恶性肿瘤其高侵袭性、高生长性、高转移率与其自身丰富异常肿瘤血管形成具有直接的解剖学关系。Objective To observe the morphologic characteristics of blood vessel of osteosarcoma cast and to study its pathological meaning. Methods Six osteosarcoma specimens were eroded by using blendable hypochlorous reagent to obtain a blood vessel cast of osteosacoma and observe the morphological characteristics of the vessel cast. Results From all the 6 specimen casts of osteosarcoma, an extraordinary developed system of tumour blood vessel configuration of osteosarcoma with excessive blood vessels, much wider and thicker, or narrower and thiner could both be seen in one area. Other morphologic characteristics of tumour blood vessel such as blood vessel lake, artery displacement, embranchment by a fight angle, absence of center blood vessel, and center blood vessel with bottom vanishing, etc. could be found in all 6 osteosarcoma casts. Conclusion The capability of invasion, growth, and metastasis of osteosarcoma is seemly related to the tumour blood vessels.
