香连止泻颗粒治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察香连止泻颗粒治疗肠易激综合征的作用。方法:通过观察小鼠小肠墨汁推进率、对番泻叶致泻引起的黑便发生潜伏期、对小鼠腹腔毛细血管的通透性、小鼠的扭体试验,研究香连止泻颗粒对肠功能的影响。结果:香连止泻颗粒能明显减少番泻叶致泻引起的大便次数增多;缩短墨汁推进距离,减慢小肠蠕动速度;降低毛细血管通透性;延长小鼠的扭体发生潜伏期,减少扭体发生次数。结论:香连止泻颗粒有止泻、抗炎和镇痛的作用。Objective：To explore the effects of Xianglianzhixie granules in treated the irritable bowel syndrome. Method： To observe the effects of Xianglianzhixie granules to these models ： the prepared Chinese ink impelling rate of mice small intestine; the Dark stools delitescence which induce by Folium Sennae; the blood capillary permeability in mice belly cavity; the mice stretching experiment. Result：Xianglianzhixie gralues can decreased the numbers of stools which induce by Folium Sennae; shorten the distance of prepared Chinese ink impelling; rev down the speed of Small bowel peristalsis; to cut down the capillary permeability in mice; to lengthen delitescence of stretching induce by Acetic Acid;decreased the numbers of stretching. Conclusion：Xianglianzhixie gralues has the effects to check diarrhea, anti-inflammatory, relieve pain.
