甘氨双唑钠增敏对鼻咽癌放疗后近期疗效的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究甘氨双唑钠(CMNa)对鼻咽癌的放射增敏作用。方法:将100例确诊为鼻咽癌的患者随机分为增敏组和对照组,每组50例。增敏组:将甘氨双唑钠800mg/m的剂量,30min内静脉滴注后于1-3h内行常规放疗,每周3次,连续用药至放疗结束。对照组:只采用单纯深部X线机6MV-X线照射放疗治疗方法。结果:加用甘氨双唑钠后,鼻咽癌近期治愈率由64.0%提高到90.0%(P<0.05),甘氨双唑钠有明显的放射增敏作用,两组病人不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义。结论:甘氨双唑钠可以增加鼻咽癌的放疗敏感性,提高鼻咽癌近期疗效,无严重不良反应,能否降低放疗总剂量仍需进一步临床观察。Objective： Goal studying the sensitive function of CMNa to the pharyngeal cancer emission. Method：100 examples for the pharyngeal cancer patients to chastically divides into the sensitive group and the control group, each group of 50 examples. Increases the sensitive group： CMNa 800mg/m dosage, after in 30min the vein drop note to the 1- 3h expert convention radiotherapy, 3 time each week, we continuously uses the medicine to end the radiotherapy. Control group.. Adds after CMNa, the pharyngeal cancer in the near future curing rate from 64. 0% will enhance to 90.0% （P〈0.05）, CMNa has the obvious emission to increase the sensitive function, two group of patients do not have good responded the formation rate compares the non-statistics significance. Conclusion：CMNa may increase the pharyngeal cancer theradio therapy sensitivity, enhance the the curative effect of pharyngeal cancer in the future ,do have not serious responded, but whether reduced the all mount of radiotherapy still to observe.
