摘　　要：利用模拟计算分析方法对液氮喷淋冷藏车中影响冻结物冻藏性能的因素进行研究,分析液氮喷嘴数量和喷嘴布置形式对冻结特性的影响以及循环风的强度对冷冻空间和冻结物温度变化影响、液氮喷量对冻结特性的影响,提出合理喷液量的影响因素关系。The character of cooling and freezing in spraying of liquid nitrogen was analysed . Using the method of simulation, the influence of nozzle＇ s quantities and their disposal and position on the freezing result was studied. The effect of fan on cooling and freezing foods was investigated. The air flow mixed with evaporation of the liquid nitrogen was calculated and analyzed. The flow distribution, the variation and distribution of temperature of the room space and inside goods was also performed and the optimal mass flow rate of nozzles was presented and discussed.
