脑缺血和再灌注鼠亚细胞水平 MDA、SOD 变化及中药的影响

摘　　要：本文分别对脑缺血和再灌注的大白鼠血浆、脑组织及亚细胞器自由基代谢进行了研究，并对中药的影响进行了观察。提示空白对照组ＭＤＡ含量高于正常组，以亚细胞器含量升高最明显。缺血时间长者ＭＤＡ高于缺血时间短者，再灌注组高于缺血组。中药组与正常组比较无显著意义，但明显低于空白对照组。空白对照组ＳＯＤ含量低于正常组，中药组与正常组比较无显著意义，但明显高于空白对照组。说明脑缺血和再灌注的大白鼠血浆、脑组织及亚细胞器自由基处于高水平，而抗氧化酶处于抑制状态；本中药方具有很强的抗自由基作用。In this paper,free radicals metablism of plasma、cerebral tissue and secondary cellular organ was studied in cerebral ischemia and reirrigate rat,and influnce of medical herbs on it was observeed.The results showed that MDA contents of blank controls were higher than that of normal group,and MDA contents in secondary cellular organ were highest.MDA contents of long time ischemia were higher than that of short time ischemia, and MDA of reirrigate group was higher than that of ischemic group.There were no significance in MDA contents between medical herbs and normal,but MDA contents of medical herbs group were lower than that of controls.SOD contents of blank controls were lower than that of normal group,there were no significance in SOD contents between medical herbs and normal,but SOD contents of medical herbs group were higher than that of controls.It indicated that free radicals of plasma、cerebral tissue and secondary cellular organ were high level,and SOD was inhibition condition in cerebral ischemia;The herbs have very strong anti free radicals function.
