经肛门先天性巨结肠症一期根治术28例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨先天性巨结肠症经肛门根治术的治疗方法和治疗效果。方法对28例先天性巨结肠症患儿采用经肛门Soave根治术。结果疗效满意,排便功能恢复正常,随访半年至3年无不良并发症,生长发育良好。结论经肛门先天性巨结肠症根治术不必开腹即可完成手术,出血少,手术时间短,疗效满意,是微创和疗效好的手术方法。The therapeutic method＆result of transanal radical treatment of congenital megaeolon were introduced in the study .28 infants and young childrenunderwent Soave radical operation. As results, the defecation function was recovered ,follow up of 6 monthes to 3 years found no complications,and the growth ＆development of the infants＆children werenormal and good. Results show that transanal radical treatment of congenital megacolon is better in many aspects; do not transabdominal operation, less operative injury,less bleeding,shorter operative duration of time and better therapeutic results.
