摘　　要：商业银行组织结构控制,对经营活动有着极其重要的影响,建立相互联系、相互制衡的组织结构,对商业银行内部控制至关重要。现代商业银行的组织结构主流模式包括传统的总分行制模式和新兴的扁平化组织模式。文章首先从这两种组织结构模式比较入手,进而对两种模式下的组织结构控制进行比较评价,提出在扁平化模式下应进行组织结构控制创新。The control of commercial bank＇s organization structre put the importance on operating activities, so the construction of inter-communication and inter-control organization structre is very important to Commercial Bank＇s internal control. The main patten of current Commercial Bank＇s organization structre includes： traditional parenr-subsidiary form and straight-line form. Today the appeal of regenerating its straight-line form is interse and acute. This article stand on the comparing of the two forms, evaluate the structre＇s interal control under these two forms, and then put forward the revolution of organization structure under straight-line form.
