刺槐属植物花粉亚显微形态的研究

摘　　要：利用扫描电子显微镜对刺槐属(Robinia L.)2种植物的花粉形态进行了观察和研究。结果显示该属花粉为长球形,具3孔沟,外壁具点状坑雕纹和脑纹状雕纹。这些特征种间差异明显,可以作为种间分类的依据。The paper is the report of pollen morphology characteristics under SEM of 2 species of Robinia L. The results show that the pollen grains of Robinia L. are prolate spheroid with 3-colposate in polar view, and exine sculpture with little hole and cerebroid. The results also show that the species of Robinia L. could be classified on the basis of the exine sculpture of pollen grains.
