子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2、iNOS的表达

摘　　要：采用免疫组化EnVision法,测定了55例子宫内膜癌、24例不典型增生子宫内膜及20例正常子宫内膜中COX-2i、NOS蛋白的表达情况,探讨COX-2i、NOS蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及子宫内膜癌发生和进展的关系。结果显示:1)COX-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜及不典型增生子宫内膜中的表达(P<0.05),与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润程度及淋巴结转移无相关。2)iNOS蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜及不典型增生子宫内膜中的表达(P<0.05),且与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润程度显著相关。这表明,子宫内膜癌患者COX-2和iNOS的表达水平明显上调,其表达与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关。To study the relationship between iNOS, COX-2 protein expression and carcinogenesis and progression of endometrial carcinoma. A specific and sensitive immunohistochemical EnVision assay was used to detect the expression of COX-2 and iNOS in paraffin embedded sections of 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 24 atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 20 normal endometrium. Results：The overall positive expression rate of COX-2 was higher than that in atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and normal endometrium, no association between COX-2 expression and myometrium invasion and lymph node involvement was found（ P 〉 0.05）. The positive expression rate of iNOS was higher than that in atypical hyperplasia of endometrium iNOS positive rate was significantly higher in those cases that myometrium invasion with invasion exceeding 1/2 than those without invasion or with invasion not exceeding 1/2. Conclusion： The expression of COX-2 and iNOS in endometrial carcinoma is related to onset and progression of the disease.
