摘 要:目的:考察西伯利亚白刺果油对衰老模型小鼠氧化能力的影响。方法:用D-半乳糖制备衰老模型小鼠,酶标法测定小鼠血清和肝组织中MDA,SOD,GSH-PX指标的变化。结果:白刺果油能显著降低衰老小鼠血清和肝组织MDA水平,同时可提高SOD和GSH-PX活力水平。结论:西伯利亚白刺果油具有抗氧化性作用。Objective: This paper is to study the effect of anti-oxidative in subacute aging model mice with Fruit oil of Nitraria sibirica Pall. Methods: the aged mice is first induced by ip D ( + )-galactose for 8 weeks. Then changes are examined in malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in the mice's serum and Hepar with model 680 Microplate Spectrophotometer. Results: Fruit oil of Nitraria sibirica Pall Can decrease significant ly the MDA levels in the mice' s sencm and Hepar, meanwhile, it increases the ratio of SOD and GSH-PX activity. Conclusion: The Fruit oil of Nitraria sibirica Pall Possesses anti-oxidative effect.
