摘　　要：探讨了矩阵电位滴定法在不经分离的情况下测量钙镁含量的测量原理、方法和误差影响因素,并用该法对丙酮酸生产过程中,中间产品的钙镁离子含量进行测量,RSD(%)=2.01(Ca),RSD(%)=0.31(Mg)。This article discusses the measure principles, methods and error factors by matrix electrical potential titration, which doesn＇ t need separation while measuring the contents of Ca and Mg, and uses the way to measure the contents of Ca and Mg in the intermediate products in the process of Acid Pyruvate, RSD （ % ） = 2.01 （Ca）, RSD （ % ） = 0.31 （Mg）, It is feasible.
