摘　　要：总结分析了近几年毕业实习教学环节的现状及原因,制定了针对现状采取的管理措施及办法,提出了开放式毕业实习教学模式概念,通过加强过程管理稳定并提高了开放式毕业实习教学质量。The paper analyzes the present situation in the teaching link of graduation field work and the causes and lays down some managerial measures and methods in view of the situation. It then puts forward the teaching pattern of opening graduation field work in order to improve the teaching quality of opening graduation field work by means of strengthening the management of the process.
