摘　　要：通过速度滑冰课教学体验,对冰上课教学方法与手段进了教学改革,旨在使学生尽快掌握滑冰技术,熟练滑行方法,提高教学效果;同时培养学生克服困难的意志品质。With the experience of speed skating teaching, the author has a reform try in the method and approach of speed skating teaching. The try is to promote the teaching effect by helping the students be good at the skating skill through well learning the skating technique and fostering their will quality in overcoming any difficulty.
