咪唑安定对癫痫病人术中皮层脑电图变化的影响

摘　　要：观察了１０例癫痫病人术中应用咪唑安定对皮层脑电图变化的影响，受试患者停用麻醉药后开始描记皮层脑电图，静注咪唑安定０．１～０．２ｍｇ／ｋｇ时，脑电图上所描记的棘慢波无明显变化，增至０．４时／ｋｇ时，脑电图显示α波频率增加至１１～１２Ｈｚ／ｓ，同时可见低波幅的β波，棘慢波减少，但没有完全抑制。本结果提示小剂量咪唑安定对皮层脑电图无明显影响。We observed the effecs of midazolam on ECOG in ten epliptics during operation. ECOG were recorded after anesthetics were withdrawn from the patients. The spike wave complexes recorded did not change significantly following midazolam (0.1 0.2mg/Kg, IV); while the doses of midazolam increased to 0.4mg/kg, the α wave frequancy increaded to 11 12 Hz/s, the β wave appeared, the spike wave complexes were decreased. The results showed small dose midazolam did not influence the waves of ECOG during operation.
