摘 要:通过设计变量的选取、目标函数和约束条件的确定,建立了二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计数学模型,最后借助MATLAB的优化工具箱进行了寻优计算。结果显示,采用此方法不仅算法可靠有效,而且编写程序简单,设计效率得以提高。Reductor is a transmission device which is widely used in mechanical equipment. In order to obtain the design data of reductor, the experiment will be carried out again and again in the traditional design. Although this design data can satisfy the given conditions, it is not optimal. In this paper, through selection of design variables, establishment of objective function and confirmation of restraint conditions, the mathematical model of the optimal design for two-grade helical cylindrical gear reductor was set up. And it can be calculated by using the MATLAB optimization toolbox. Because of the reliability and efficiency, and the simple program of the MATLAB optimization toolbox, the result shows that the efficiency of the mechanical design can be improved by using the method.
