摘  要:测定了闹羊花素-Ⅲ对斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫的拒食、触杀和胃毒作用。结果表明:闹羊花素-Ⅲ的杀虫方式主要以拒食和胃毒作用为主,触杀作用较弱;闹羊花素-Ⅲ处理斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫24 h后,叶碟法测得的AFC50为16.63μg/mL,以叶片夹毒法测得的LC50为66.56μg/mL,以点滴法测得LD50为每头30.72μg,Potter喷雾法测得的LC50为590.35μg/mL。观察结果还表明,闹羊花素-Ⅲ能显著降低斜纹夜蛾幼虫的取食量、幼虫总糖量和血淋巴总糖含量。The results of the activity of rhodojaponin-Ⅲ to the 4th larvae of spotopter liture indicated that antifeedant and stomach toxicity were primary and contact action was secondary. Against the 4th instar larvae of Spodoptera litura F. 24 hours after treatment, the AFC50 value was 16. 39 μg/mL with leaf dishs, the LC50 was 66.56μg/mL with feeding on treated leaves, the LD50 was 844.49 μg/mL with topical application and the LC50 was 590. 32μg/mL with Potter sprayer. Results of physiological and biochemical tests showed that daily consumption and the amount glucose of body fluid and the whole larvae of the 4th larvae of S. liture were reduced significantly.
