摘　　要：针对抽风筒的结构，对其翻边成形工艺进行了分析。根据成形难点。设计了新型翻边一整形复合模，解决了用传统翻边模翻边工序多、生产周期长的问题，保证了产品质量要求，提高了生产效率。This paper introduced the structure of a drawing fan, analysis the flanging forming technique of it , according to difficult of forming, design of the new flanging plastic composite model ,to solve the questions of traditional flanging die, a long production cycle.
