摘  要:采用变密度方法,建立了以结构的总柔度为目标函数,体积为约束的拓扑优化模型。利用有限元软件hyperworks中的拓扑优化工具对列车转向架轴箱转臂结构初始设计方案进行了减重设计。结果表明,基于拓扑优化技术可以得到既经济又安全的结构方案。By adopting the variable density method, the topoiogical optimization model that took the total flexibility of structure as the objective function and the volume of structure as the constraint was established. Utilizing the topological optimization tool in the finite element software hyperworks the weight reduction design has been carried out on the initial designing scheme of the tumbler structure of train bogie axle box. The result showed that the topology based optimization technology could obtain both economic and safety structural scheme.
