摘  要:介绍了联醇工艺的发展概况和最新进展;阐述了目前最先进的两级联醇+甲烷化或烃化新工艺的特点;对影响醇氨比调整的关键因素——造气、变换、精脱硫、甲醇合成、脱碳等工序的生产操作提出了相关调整控制措施。The author introduced the general developing situation and the newest progress in combinative methanol process; described the features of the presently most advanced new process of two stage combinative methanol plus mathanation or hydrocarbylation; and suggested the relative adjustmentcontrol measures for production operating procedures of gasification; shift, fine de-sulfur, methanol synthesis and carbon removal etc. which were the key factors effecting the adjustment of methanoL/ammonic ratio.
