摘　　要：实施补偿教育,把农民工纳入国民教育体系,已经成为广大学者的心声。如何实施,某市S社区图书馆利用自身蕴藏的科学知识和理性的思维,丰富农民工文化生活,教育农民工知规、守法、知礼,引导农民工的行为取向,成为农民工补偿教育的重要载体、休闲教育的重要基地、继续社会化的重要场所。随着社区图书馆功能的日益完善,农民工补偿教育模式建构日趋成熟。To realize equalized education and include peasant workers into the national education system has become a common view of the mass of scholars. The library of S Community in the certain city helps peasant workers to know about law, regulations and courtesy with＂ their library collection, and has become an important site for the equalized education for peasant workers.
