摘　　要：行政处罚告知制度是我国《行政处罚法》设定的关于行政处罚程序上的一项基本制度。它对告知的时间、方式、内容和不告知的后果都有严格的要求。对规范我国行政处罚权的行使和保护公民的合法权益起到了重要的作用。但我国《行政处罚法》对告知制度的规定还比较粗糙,造成在适用中的一系列问题,需要加以反思和完善。The administrative punishment inform system is China＇ s ＂Administrative Punishment Law,＂ set on a basic procedural administrative punishment system. It informs the time, manner, content and the consequences, which are required strictly. It plays an important part in carrying out our administrative punishment inform system, protecting the legitimate rights and the interests of citizens. But China＇s＂ Administrative Punishment Law＂, is still relatively crude,resulting series of problems in the application which needs to be improved.
