摘　　要：建立城市地价动态监测体系是一个复杂而系统的工程，本文应用城市地价动态监测体系建立及维护的理论与方法，研究了南昌市地价动态检测体系建立及维护方法和内容，揭示了南昌市在建立和维护地价动态监测体系过程中存在的问题，并针对存在的问题提出了解决的措施。Construction of urban land price dynamic monitor system is a complex and systematic project. The paper has researched some methods and contents of constructing urban land price dynamic monitor system in Nanchang City basing on those theories and methods of urban land price dynamic monitor system, and finds some problems in the process of constructing urban land price dynamic supervise system in Nanchang City ,and puts forward some resolved measures.
