摘　　要：目的探讨红花注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的体增殖的影响。方法彩用MTT法测定了不同浓度的红花注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的体外抑制作用。结果红药注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的细胞增殖有较强的抑制作用。结论红花注射液浓度越高抑瘤作用越好,作用时间越长抑瘤效果越强,量效关系和时效关系良好。Objective To explore the effect of Safflower injection on Hela cells, growth. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the human cervical cancer cells growth and inhibitoy stales with various concentration of Safflower injection. Results Safflower injection had stronger inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor cells. The higher concentration of Safflower injection to Hela cells, the stronger function effect it had. The inhibitory effects were longer and stronger with the identical concentration responses time prolonged.
