摘 要:讨论了膜结构裁剪分析中的关键技术,包括裁剪线的生成和裁剪膜片的展开.从测地线的性质出发,提出了一种新的裁剪线生成算法.基于弹簧-质点系统,在系统中考虑了膜材材料特性因素,弹簧弹性系数随展开状态变化,不但可以模拟薄膜的刚体位移和转动,而且包括了展开过程中薄膜的弹性变形.模拟方法避免了大型矩阵的运算,降低了计算成本.算例结果表明,本文提出的裁剪方法是可行的,且具有很高的展开精度.Key technique in cutting patten analysis of membrane structures is discussed in this paper, including cutting line and surface flatting. From the property of geodesic curve, a new arithmetic of cutting line is put forward. The spring-mass model is used to flatten the 3D surface, in which material property is considered and the elastic coefficients of springs varieties during deployment. This system not only simulates the rigid body displacement and rotation of the material, but also considers the elastic deformation during deployment. The simulation method avoids large-scale matrix operation and the computation cost is reduced. Numerical results show the new method is feasible and efficient.
