摘 要:[目的]加强学校食品卫生管理,预防和控制学生食物中毒发生。[方法]用《餐饮业卫生许可审查监督量化评分表》和《餐饮业经常性卫生监督量化评分表》为评分标准,对周村18所中小学校食堂及56家周边餐饮单位进行检查评分和等级评定。[结果]学校食堂各项指标卫生合格率均比周边餐饮单位高,除卫生设施、加工场所外,其他指标卫生合格率两者均差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B级分别占83.33%、25.00%,两者有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]周村区中小学校食堂卫生状况好于周边餐饮单位,但学校仍然不能放松食品卫生管理。[Objective]To strengthen the management of food hygiene in school, prevent and control food poisoning.[Methods]Based on "Sanitary permissive examination and Inspection Quantification Score for Restaurants Frequently Sanitary Inspection Quantification Score Chart for Restaurants" the dinning rooms in 18 primary and middle schools and 56 surrounding canteens were supervised and tested in Zhoucun. [Results]The qualified rate of the hygienic state in school dinning rooms was higher than that in the surrounding's. Apart from the hygienic facilities and processing places, there was a significant difference of the hygienic index of the qualified rate( P (0.05) . The percentage of grade B in school din- ning rooms were 83.33% ,25.00% . There was a difference between the rates ( P (0.01). [Conclusion]Although sanitary condition in school dinning rooms was better than that in surrounding canteens in zhoucun, the schools must intensify the management of food hygiene.
