摘  要:[目的]了解济宁市任城区食品、公共卫生从业人员HBV感染情况。[方法]2004年1月至2005年12月,对辖区内的8 333名食品、公共卫生从业人员进行HBsAg检测,对260名HBsAg阳性人员进行五项指标检测。[结果]食品、公共卫生从业人员HBsAg阳性率为3.12%;男性(3.85%)与女性(2.84%)从业人员HBsAg阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年度间HBsAg阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]卫生监督执法部门应该严格发证程序和调离制度,加大宣传和监督力度,使从业人员自觉改善卫生习惯,有效控制和降低我区从业人员HBV的携带率。[Objective]To understand HBV infection status among food and public health practitioners. [Methods]8 333 food and public health practitioners in Rencheng district were tested for HBsAg from January 2004 to December 2005. 260 practitioners were infected with HBV,who were tested for HBsAg. Anti-HBe. HBeAg, Anti-HBe and HBcAg. [Results] The positive rate of HBsAg was 3.12%. There was difference of HBsAg between male (3.85%)and female (2.84%)( P 〈0.05). The positive rate of HBsAg was no difference between 2004 and 2005( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion]The management must be strengthened , propaganda should be carried out to make them cultivating good hygienic habits in order to effectively control and decrease HBV infection.
