摘　　要：探讨整合素α６亚基及其配体在胃癌中的表达。方法应用单克隆抗体免疫组织化学方法对４６例手术切除胃癌整合素α６亚基及其配体层粘素进行检测。结果整合素α６亚基在胃癌细胞中呈明显异质性增强的表达（３１／４６，６７％），与其配体层粘素在胃癌腺体基底膜和癌细胞浆中的表达协调一致。α６亚基和层粘素在膨胀型胃癌中的表达明显不同于在浸润型胃癌中的表达，在不同组织学类型胃癌中的表达也明显不同（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论整合素α６亚基及其配体的协调表达可能与胃癌的浸润及浸润性生长有关。Objective\ To study the expression of integrin α 6 subunit and its ligand in gastric carcinoma.\ Methods\ Integrin α 6 subunit and ligand were examined immunohistochemically in 46 cases of surgical specimens of gastric carcinoma,using MAb to integrin α 6 subunit and laminin.\ Results\ Integrin α 6 subunit exhibited heterogeneous but markedly enhanced expression in gastric carcinoma(31/46,67%).\ It showed coordinate expression of integrin α 6 subunit and laminin on the glandular basement membrane of gastric carcinoma.\ The expression was quite different in expanding type from infiltrative type,as well as in different histologic types.\ Conclusion\ The coordinate expression of integrin α 6 subunit and its ligand might be relevant to the invasion and infiltrative growth of gastric carcinoma.
