摘　　要：研究核素动态显像对胃食道返流的诊断价值。方法对２５例临床诊断为胃食道返流（ＧＥＲ）的患者和１２例正常人进行ＧＥＲ测定。在不同腹压下行ＳＰＥＣＴ的动态显像。结果对患者的图像肉眼分析总阳性率为６４％，食道时间－放射性曲线分析阳性率为７６％，较肉眼分析更为灵敏、准确。阳性、强阳性患者的胃食道返流率分别为３．６０±０．４２％，５．７７±１．７２％，与正常组比较差异有显著性（小样本均数ｔ′检验，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＳＰＥＣＴ动态显像对胃食道返流的诊断有重要的应用价值。Objective\ To detect the diagnostic value of gastroesophageal(GE) dynamic imaging in gastroesophageal reflux(GER).\ Methods\ 25 patients with GER and 12 normal control subjects were studied. The 99m Tc PHY or 99m Tc DTPA(14.8 MBq) was diluted with 300 ml orange juice,then had it taken by patient. A dynamic imaging was obtained at each GE pressure gradient.\ Results\ GE reflux was visualized in 16 out of 25(64%). In contrast the positive rate of time activity curve was 76%. So it can detect GER more sensitively and accurately.\ The GE reflux index was significantly greater in visual positive patients compared to controls(P<0.01).\ Conclution\ Dynamic radionuclide gastroesophagography can provied valuable information on diagnosing GER.
