摘　　要：通过调查,了解了我国目前青少年体育俱乐部在组织机构、开展活动、会员及吸纳青少年参加体育活动的人数、财务运营等方面的现状。参照日本、德国等大众体育俱乐部的发展,提出将我国青少年体育俱乐部集中在中、小学,目前俱乐部规模不宜过大,数量不宜增长过快,发展小型俱乐部等建议。The management on this type of new and socialization junior sport organizations has just began in China, many problems have emerged and need to be solved. Mass sports of National Sports Bureau built an investigation group and have some investigations on junior sport clubs, management departments and other departments of education, civil administration and tax etc. Based on analyzing the developing history, condition and trend of mass sport club in Japan and Germany, this paper makes consideration on nature, size structure and developing orientation of our junior sport club, put forwards the suggestions on developing small-size junior sport clubs.
