摘 要:学校文化是一所学校精神和物质的总和,是学校人做事方式和处世态度,其核心是学校精神的培育。一所薄弱学校与一所优质学校的本质区别就在于有不同的学校文化,学校文化是一个日积月累的积淀过程,它必须用SIS理论树立学校形象,靠校长引领、靠制度规范师生行为、靠全体教职工的榜样示范体现学校文化。Campus culture is the integration of material and ethical progress, and is people's ways of doing things and attitudes on solving problems in schools. The core of campus culture is the fostering of school spirit. The essential difference between a less - qualified school and an excellent school lies in their different cultures. Campus culture is formed during an accumulating process under the leadership of the principal, by fostering a splendid school image upon the theory of SIS, by normalizing behaviors of teachers and students by regulations, and by the presentation of excellent examples of the school staff.
