摘 要:研究了硫酸盐竹浆两段氧脱木素的影响因素,并与单段氧脱木素效果进行了比较。结果表明,影响两段氧脱木素的因素有时间、温度、用碱量、氧压及浆浓。当第一段氧压0.9 MPa,NaOH用量2.0%,温度80℃,时间40 min,浆浓10%,MgSO_4用量0.5%,第二段氧压0.4 MPa,NaOH用量0.5%,温度100℃,时间60 min,浆浓10%,MgSO_4用量0.5%,段间不洗涤时,纸浆黏度降低不大而木素的脱除率较高,且两段氧脱木素浆的木素脱除率较单段氧脱木素浆高,因此有利于后续的生物酶处理、ClO_2漂白及H_2O_2加强氧碱抽提。同时两段氧脱木素漂后浆的强度性能比单段氧脱木素浆强度性能好。The factors influencing two-stage oxygen delignification and the comparison of the results of single stage and two-stage oxygen delignification were studied in this experiment. The results indicated that the factors influencing two-stage oxygen delignification were the reaction time, the temperature, the oxygen pressure, the NaOH dosage, and the pulp consistency. When the time was 40min, the temperature was 80℃, the NaOH dosage was 2.0%, the pulp consistency was 10%, the MgSO4 dosage was 0.5% in the first stage and the time was 60min, the temperature 100 ℃, the NaOH dosage 0.5%, the pulp consistency 10%, the MgSO4 dosage 0.5% in the second stage, the viscosity of the pulp had little change while the kappa number decreased significantly. The kappa number decreased more in two-stage oxygen delignification than in the single-stage, it was beneficial to the following enzyme treatment and the bleaching with ClO2 and Eop. And also the strength properties of the pulp treated by two-stage oxygen delignificfition were better than the pulp treated by single-stage delignifacation,
