摘　　要：文章从医学伦理观与人性化医疗服务的概念着手,从维护权益、保护情感两方面重点探讨了医学伦理观在人性化医疗服务中的体现,并结合医学伦理观在临床中的实践,倡导医院注重医学伦理,不断推进人性化医疗服务的进程。The thesis starts from two concepts： what is medical ethical idea and what is human-based medical services, then it discusses how to stick up for the rights and interests and to protect the sensibility of the patients which embody the medical ethical idea in human-based medical services. Finally combing with the clinical practice of medical ethical idea, we appeal hospitals to pay more attention to the medical ethics, and accelerate the progress of human-based medical services.
