摘  要:目的探讨黄蘑多糖对D-半乳糖(D-gal)致衰老模型小鼠单胺类神经递质的影响。方法用D-gal诱导致衰老模型小鼠,以黄蘑多糖Fb-2b灌服6w后,用荧光法检测去甲肾上腺素,多巴胺,5-羟色胺,5-羟吲哚乙酸含量变化。结果黄蘑多糖能明显提高D-gal致衰老模型小鼠脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量,其中,中剂量、大剂量组作用显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)小剂量组作用不明显。结论黄蘑多糖Fb-2b有明显的抗衰老作用。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese mushroom (Huangmo) polysaccharides on monoamine neurotransmitter in the aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods Aging mice induced by D-galactose were given Chinese mushroom (Huangrno) polysaceharides Fb-2b for 6 w to detect the changes in contents of noradrenaline, dopamine, 5-HT and 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid by fluorometric method. Results Chinese mushroom (Huangmo) polysaccharides significantly increased the contents of monoamine neurotransmitter in cerebral tisssue of the aging mice, especially the effect of moderate and high dosages was significant ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ), but low dosage. Conclusions Chinese mushroom (Huangmo) polysaccharides Fb-2b has obvious anti-aging action.
